Return Policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns except for causes such as damage during shipping that are not the customer's responsibility. We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it ̶ unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at info@cres-style.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess the situation and make it right.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund decision. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Sale items, gift cards, shipping costs, and gift wrapping are not eligible for refunds.
Items purchased from another retailer are not eligible for a refund.

Exchange
If you would like to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the original item and place a new order after your return is approved.
Shipping
Orders are typically processed within 2‒3 business days. After shipping, delivery takes approximately 3‒7 days, depending on your location. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping details.
